This meal is another one of those go-to options, when you're exhausted, are short on time or just in the mood for some yummy, scrummy, good ol' comfort food. This meal comes together in minutes, literally as long as it takes to boil the macaroni. The unadulterated cheesy flavor it to die for and the buttery pizza bread wedges, well, what can I say about those! I stumbled on that treat one evening when we were really hungry and I had some left over pizza bread that I had picked up from the store a few days ago. I wasn't in the mood for pizza, so I just messed with it a little and was rewarded with a little treat that was so good, I've made it a few times since. I think I will whip up a batch for the next party. The only downside to this meal is its a little indulgent. So if you're watching your calorie intake, this is probably not for you.

Mac and Cheese
Macaroni
Cheese, grated
Salt, to taste
Black pepper corns, freshly crushed
Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions.
Toss in some grated cheese. Again, there is no right quantity for the cheese, toss in enough to make it taste right. Toss the cheese with the cooked macaroni to coat it well. The heat from the freshly cooked macaroni will be enough to melt the cheese.
Sprinkle some freshly crushed black peppercorns over it. Serve hot.
Buttery Pizza Bread Wedges
Store bought Pizza bread
Butter
If you fancy making your own pizza bread, you could use that, but the store bought variety works just as well.
Cut the pizza bread into wedges.
Heat some butter in a pan till is starts melting. Tip in the wedges and let it sauté in the open pan on a medium flame till lightly browned and lightly crisp, adding more butter as needed. Turn over and let the other side lightly color and crisp up as well. Serve hot.
